📍 Location: Greenforge Way, Cwmbran, Torfaen, NP44 5AJ
💷 Rate: £15.40 per hour

Greenmeadow Community Farm has been open for just over six months and is already thriving. With a growing reputation, increasing visitor numbers, and a genuinely supportive team culture, we’re excited to be entering the next phase of our journey.
We’re now looking for passionate, skilled chefs to join us on a flexible working pattern with banked hours, supporting our weddings, events, and hospitality offer. This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs seeking varied work with fair, transparent hours and consistent pay.
🔁 Flexible & Banked Hours – How It Works
- Hours are flexible and planned around business needs
- During busy periods (events, weddings, peak seasons), you may work additional hours
- Any extra hours worked are banked
- Banked hours are taken back as paid time off during quieter periods
- All hours are recorded, tracked, and agreed in advance
- No unpaid overtime
This approach allows you to work more when needed and enjoy more time off when things slow down — without losing out financially.
