Technical Assistant - Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive Technical Assistant to support our technical team in maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and food safety.

Provide day-to-day technical support to suppliers, customers, and production teams

Carry out and record traceability tests to ensure product integrity

Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring the site is always audit-ready

Keep raw material specifications accurate and up to date

Handle customer complaints, from investigation to resolution, helping to drive improvements
