Salary: Monthly, £18039 annually.

Contract: Temporary, Part time.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Primary School Learning Support Assistant for a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners, particularly those requiring additional support such as speech and language interventions.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Ideally has experience in a similar support role (though not essential)
  • Is enthusiastic and eager to contribute their skills and knowledge
  • Works well as part of a team and supports others
  • Maintains a positive, can-do attitude
  • Is caring and attentive to the needs of students
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Has achieved GCSE (or equivalent) passes in English and Maths
  • Is available to work 40 weeks per year (term time + 5 days), 31.2 hours per week across 5 days
