Commercial law firm in Jersey is looking to recruit a Banking lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE (Senior Associate level). The team has experience of advising clients on complex, cross-border finance transactions. Clients include international companies of all sizes across all industry sectors, as well as major financial institutions such as banks and private equity providers. The successful candidate will work alongside senior members of the Banking practice on major Banking and Finance matters. You will also be expected to proactively assist in developing and expanding client relationships important to the firm’s success, as well as becoming a valued resource to clients. This will involve taking ownership of the development of relationships with core clients and participating in Associate-led business development initiatives. In addition to UK-based candidates, our client also welcomes applications from candidates with suitable experience, who are already living and working offshore.
