Location: West London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic + commission (OTE £65,000 - £75,000)
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (2 weekends on, 2 weekends off)

About the opportunity
An award-winning residential developer is seeking an experienced Development Sales Lead to take complete ownership of two exceptional developments in Twickenham. You'll be the dedicated sales professional for the developments, working alongside one other person in a collaborative and buzzy on-site environment.

Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales activities across both developments
- Conduct viewings and sales presentations for prospective purchasers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers throughout the sales journey
- Collaborate with the on-site Customer Relations Executive to ensure seamless customer experience
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage the sales office and show homes to professional standards
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management
- Transition smoothly to future developments within the company's portfolio
Requirements
- Proven track record in new homes sales with demonstrable results
- Experience working independently whilst maintaining high professional standards
- Strong initiative and self-motivation to drive sales performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse clientele
- Understanding of the residential property market and sales processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts
- CRM system experience advantageous
