Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 + £10,000 OTE

I'm working with a fast-growing events business looking to expand our sales team with an ambitious Event Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company delivering conferences focused on the creator economy and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Drive exhibition and sponsorship revenue across our creator conferences.

Manage and convert incoming leads into long-term clients.

Proactively generate new business through outreach and relationship building.

*

Deliver on all event sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

*

Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

*

Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

*

Work closely with the wider team to deliver seamless events.

*

Stay up to date with market trends in influencer marketing and the creator economy.

*

Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

About You

Proven B2B event sales experience - exhibition and sponsorship sales essential.

Strong knowledge or genuine interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy.

*

A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to exceed targets.

Highly organised, able to multi-task, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

*

Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Driven, ambitious, and commercially minded.
