Job Title: Site Manager (Temp to Perm)
1st Project Location: Blackpool
Start Date: Mid August 2025
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting opportunity with a well established construction firm. This is a temp to perm position, with the initial project located in Blackpool and running for approximately 30 weeks. You must be willing to work away from home.

Accommodation can be provided and you will also receive a daily meal allowance.

Project Details:

Refurbishment of a medical facility

Start date: Mid August 2025

Duration: 30 weeks

Potential for long term/permanent role after initial project completion

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day to day site operations

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team

Enforcing health, safety and RAMS regulations on site

Managing site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS certification

First Aid certification

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects (preferably in healthcare/medical/commercial/industrial environments)

Willingness to work away from home as required
