Salary: £60,000 per annum
Project Manager opportunity: suit an experienced PM from the commercial fit-out or refurb sector used to working as the Sub-Contractor. This role will focus on managing install projects for shading and acoustics in office fit-out projects, however, PM candidates with experience of managing final fix installations in any of the following will also be considered: specialist joinery, ceilings, flooring, audio visual, M&E.

Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Oversee multiple simultaneous projects from order through to completion, meeting or improving on budgets.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project resources, materials, and logistics.
- Conduct site surveys, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for efficient project delivery.
- Place supplier orders.
- Manage commercial aspects including billing, contract variations, and cost control.
- Prepare products and schedules for installation teams, including carrying out small workshop tasks.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Experience managing final fix installations, in commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost management.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Used to working with Project Management software .
Desirable:
- Basic CAD drawing skills.
