Profile: Future Select are specialists in recruitment within the Asbestos industry. Our client is a multidiscipline and well-established Environmental Consultancy who have a national presence. They are now seeking to employ a hardworking and P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Southend on Sea area. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an established Asbestos company, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and Air monitoring duties in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

Applications will be considered from: Ilford, Dagenham, Barking, Rainham, Erith, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Orpington, Gravesend, Bromley, Croydon, Epsom, Redhill, Brentwood, Chigwell, Enfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for an established asbestos company and will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualifications.
" Must have excellent communication skills and will be confident using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER Systems.
" Will have excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines relating to Asbestos.

The Role:
" Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances, Visual reinspection, Smoke, Background, Re-occupation, and Personal air testing.
" Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys.
" Producing re-inspection certificates for clients.
" Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems to provide clients with detailed reports.
" Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Guidelines.
" Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
