We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our Nottingham campus. As Engineering Manager you will provide engineering support to all Manufacturing factories via a team of ten engineers, and provide engineering support to all facilities via a team of twelve engineers. This management position plays a key role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely, enabling all staff on site to focus on delivering their goals and objectives free from distraction and disruption.

In this role, you will be responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance and improvements to equipment and facilities across the entire Games Workshop Nottingham campus. You will design and implement a robust Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, while also developing and delivering a clear set of KPIs that demonstrate departmental performance and its impact on the wider business. Collaborating closely with the Health and Safety team, you will ensure full compliance with business policies and promote the implementation of safe systems of work.

You will also lead the identification, management, and regular review of third-party maintenance and service contracts, as well as the effective management of on-site contractors. Budget oversight will be key, as will the responsibility for managing the engineering budget against cost targets. You will maintain comprehensive training matrices and records for all technical staff, establishing clear individual development plans. Additionally, you will manage the intake of apprentices in this area and provide essential support for all defined manufacturing and facilities projects.
