About the role
* Support and/or lead small to medium sized Design Team on projects from concept through to design and production release.
* Support the production of the equipment through life, and implement production design improvement solutions to solve current product issues in manufacturing, material supply and at the customer.
* Assist with cost reduction projects that require R&D input.
* Provide R&D support including proto type development on customer specific tenders.

Education/Qualifications
* Degree qualified or equivalent in mechanical engineering or mechanical design
* Experience of 3D Autocad Inventor (or similar) is desirable
