We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid commercial electrical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site
*
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
*
Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met
*
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
*
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
*
Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory
*
Conduct inspections and quality control checks
*
Lead toolbox talks and enforce site safety procedures
Electrical Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements
*
Gold/ Black ECS card
*
SSSTS / SMSTS
*
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
*
Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects
*
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to meet physical demands of a construction site.
