This is a key role within a growing pre-construction team, supporting the pricing and tendering of complex and technical build projects, typically in the industrial, logistics, and distribution sectors. Your Next Role – What You’ll Be DoingAs an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the commercial success of each project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost Estimation: Reviewing drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost plans and take-offs for materials, labour, and preliminaries.
• Tendering: Leading the preparation of tender submissions and compiling competitive bids aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
• Supplier/Subcontractor Liaison: Sourcing and negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors for steel frame, cladding, roofing, and associated envelope packages.
• Risk Management: Identifying commercial and technical risks and building allowances into estimates where appropriate.
• Collaboration: Working closely with in-house design, planning, and delivery teams to ensure all estimates are commercially viable and technically sound.
