Description

This is a broad and hands-on Management Accountant role where no two days look the same. You'll have the space to take ownership, influence improvements, and develop your financial expertise within a dynamic operational environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful commentary
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple cost centres
Business partnering with operations, engineering and production teams
Analysing manufacturing variances and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting month-end processes
Improving reporting tools, dashboards and financial processes
Getting involved in system enhancements and continuous improvement projects
Providing ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisionsIt's a fantastic role for someone who enjoys blending numbers with real-world impact and likes stepping outside the "traditional accounting" bubble.

Profile

You don't need to tick every box - what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and appetite to learn. You'll thrive here if you have:

Strong foundational accounting skills (QBE or part qualified)
Good analytical ability and comfort working with operational data
A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve processes
Confidence partnering with non‑finance colleagues
The ability to prioritise, problem‑solve and work with autonomy
