We’re supporting a growing engineering business in Witney who are looking to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer as part of continued investment in their R&D and Engineering team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to a wide range of products and projects.

The Role

• Design and development of new and existing mechanical products
• Build and test products throughout the design lifecycle
• Produce technical documentation and project updates
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, CAD and product teams

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical design/engineering
• Strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
• Engineering background (not purely product design)
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working independently
