Are you an experienced Surveyor looking to make a real difference in the social housing sector? Our client, a leading housing provider in Gloucester, is seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services across the housing stock - ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. You'll work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to manage repairs, planned works, and asset investment projects.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out property inspections, condition surveys, and compliance checks

Managing responsive and planned maintenance works

*

Working with contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes

*

Ensuring health & safety, compliance, and asset management standards are met

*

Supporting tenants with advice and guidance on property issues

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Building/Property Surveyor, ideally in social housing or a similar sector

*

Strong knowledge of property maintenance, compliance, and building safety

*

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

*

Ability to manage contractors and budgets effectively
