Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on civil works on rail projects?

Do you have experience working on NEC4 contracts?
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a sub-contractor on the delivery of a major rail upgrade in the midlands.
The ideal candidate will have experience with creating cost plans, working with contractors, issuing applications for payment and other related experience.

Rate: £400/day - Outside IR35
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension

Requirements:
 
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
·Previous experience working on rail related civils works including, earthworks, groundworks, RC structures
·Experience working on NEC4 contracts in the rail industry
·3 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor
·Experience working on Network Rail projects
·MRICS preferred
