An independent financial advice firm is seeking to expand its team and is looking for an Entry-Level Mortgage Adviser to support a growing client base.

The business provides clear, professional mortgage and financial advice tailored to individual client circumstances, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships, high standards of advice, and a transparent approach.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a whole-of-market mortgage advisory environment.

The Role

You will support experienced advisers while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a fully competent Mortgage Adviser, including:

Assisting with the mortgage advice process from initial enquiry through to completion
Supporting with fact-finding, research, and preparation of recommendations
Learning to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
Assisting with residential, buy-to-let, and remortgage cases
Maintaining accurate client records in line with regulatory requirements
Building relationships with clients and introducers
Managing your development towards becoming a fully qualified adviserWhat We're Looking For

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, or actively working towards completion
Experience within a financial services environment is advantageous
Strong interest in developing a career as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Organised and proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Professional, client-focused manner with clear communication skillsWhat We Offer
