Job Description:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying function for cladding projects.

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.

* Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management.

* Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

* Prepare and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor relationships.

* Provide expert advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes that may arise.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
