Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Hours: 08:30–16:30 (5 days per week)

About the RoleWe are seeking three Engagement Practitioners to join our Family Hubs, supporting children and families through effective engagement, guidance and connection to local services. You will play a key role in promoting Family Hub activities, building relationships with families, and ensuring children receive the support they need in early years and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Engage proactively with families to promote Family Hub services and activities, ensuring strong participation and involvement
- Plan and deliver targeted outreach to connect families with available support
- Signpost and refer families to appropriate universal, targeted or specialist services
- Maintain accurate records and manage information securely in line with policies and procedures
- Support service planning, group delivery and development of early years activities
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver integrated family support services
- Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory procedures
Requirements- Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Experience working with children and families, including early years or childcare-based settings (essential)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative when engaging families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage data appropriately
- Must be able to provide:

- A DBS that meets Ofsted regulations
- Basic IT skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
