Who We’re Looking ForWe want to hear from individuals who:

• Hold CeMAP (or equivalent)
• Have strong customer-focused sales experience
• Demonstrate career stability and progression
• Are motivated to build a long-term career in Financial Services
• Hold GCSE Maths & English (A–C / 4–9)
• Can pass a DBS/CRB check

Ideal backgrounds:Phone-based sales, insurance/protection, non-regulated financial services, high-quality customer engagement roles.What You’ll Bring

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships within the Estate Agency team
• Conducting 2–3 customer appointments per day
• Delivering tailored advice across our mortgage & protection range
• Attracting new customers and achieving agreed objectives
• Maintaining strong compliance standards
