Territory Business Manager - Advanced Wound Care & Compression

Location: Covering the areas: Devon, Dorset, Hampshire & Isle of Wight
Contract: 6‑month Maternity Cover
Start Date: End of March
Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday (flexible working pattern - role will require early starts/lates )
Travel: Field-based, customer-facing role (not home‑based)
Car: Own car required (car allowance + expenses provided)
DBS required

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Territory Business Manager to join an established Advanced Wound Care division on a 6‑month maternity cover. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity into the healthcare sales industry for applicants with the right attitude and either clinical or sales experience.

You will be responsible for promoting a range of innovative wound care and compression products-primarily Coban compression systems and KerraMax-across both acute and community care settings. Full product training will be provided in-house and you will be supported throughout by Graham and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Wound Care Territory Manager, you will make an impact by:

Promoting the Advanced Wound Care range across hospitals and community nursing teams
Building strong relationships with clinicians, community nurses, procurement teams, and key NHS decision makers
Supporting tender processes, product launches, and ensuring successful local contract implementation
Delivering training and education sessions on correct product use
Working with local teams to secure formulary inclusions
Assisting with pricing discussions that balance customer value and business growth
Planning and managing territory activity to increase product adoption and meet commercial goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

We welcome applications from candidates with:

Wound care sales experience, or
Clinical background (e.g. nursing, tissue viability, community healthcare, experience with dressings)
Experience using or selling NPWT and/or wound care products is advantageous
Previous experience selling into community nursing teams or hospitals is beneficial

Attributes

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. We're looking for someone who is:

A self-starter with high levels of motivation
Confident engaging with clinicians and healthcare professionals
Organized, proactive, and eager to develop within the industry

Additional Requirements

Must live within/near Devon, Dorset, Hampshire or Isle of Wight and be willing to travel (IOW visits approx. once per month)
Full UK driving licence
Own car (car allowance & expenses provided)
Able to pass a DBS check for hospital access
