We are looking for a Finance Analyst with Housing, capital or local government finance experience. This Finance Analyst role is hybrid working 3 days a week in Wembley and the remaining 2 days remlotely.

£30 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company

36 hours a week

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite in Wembly

3 months initially, extendable

Skills Required:

* Solid Financial Analysis experience within the housing, capital or local government space

* CCAB qualification desirable.

* Experience of providing financial support including such areas as the annual budget, monthly monitoring, statutory reporting, Tax and VAT and appraisals for new projects
