JasperRose are delighted to be partnering with a leading entertainment brand who are looking for an Accounts Assistant focused on the sales ledger to join their team.

Details of the role:

Sitting within the UK payables team, you will be working in a close-knit and highly collaborative environment working with all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment processing: Monitor and process incoming payments
• Reporting- assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly receivables reports for management, highlighting any potential cash flow issues
• Account reconciliation- regularly reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurately recorded
• Credit control - assist with chasing overdue payments, following up on outstanding invoices by phone, email, or letter
• Collaboration - work closely with the Finance team, Sales, and Customer Service departments to resolve any billing issues and ensure timely payment processing

Skills required:

• Experience from an entertainment background is highly desirable
• Experience with systems such as QuickBooks/ Xero
• Good excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
