£20,000 OTE £30,000

My client is looking for a driven and determined Customer Relations Executive who will thrive on going the extra mile for their customers in order to retain their custom and loyalty. You will be an expert in retentions and you will use your experience to save customers from leaving their company. They are looking for a target driven individual with excellent communication skills who will strive for customer excellence and retention.

Primary responsibilities:

* You will combine your skills to managing an inbound retention line and also make outbound calls

* Build rapport with customers

* Proactively deal with termination requests from customers

* Manage the retention pipeline to retain customers

* Discuss new rate reviews and incentives to retain the customer

* Exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile

* Deliver best in class service

Previous Experience

* Previous customers service and retention Advisor experience required

* Experience of working both blended inbound and outbound warm calls

* The ability to build fantastic relationships with all customers

* The ability to retain customers

* High level of verbal and written communication skills

* PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications

* Proven track record in Retention, Sales, Customer Services
