Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Leading the day-to-day operations across production, planning, and performance

* Driving a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset

* Ensuring delivery of key KPIs including safety, quality, output, and efficiency

* Coaching, developing, and empowering your leadership team and wider workforce

* Supporting and leading CI and Lean initiatives across the site

* Working collaboratively with senior leadership to support strategic goals

About you:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager (or similar leadership role) within food manufacturing or FMCG

* A track record of leading large teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

* Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, CI, and modern operational best practices

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working in a business undergoing change and expansion
