JWR is currently recruiting for Assistant Restaurant Manager for an expanding fresh food restaurant concept opening in Leeds in September. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be assisting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the food and beverage service goes seamlessly and according to the company standards, support the staff in their development while providing a great dining experience to your guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year's supervisor or management experience within high-volume and fast-paced restaurant business
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as be a leader
• A talent for spotting and resolving problems quickly and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills
• Communication skills
