We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join a well-established engineering business. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a close-knit team where precision and attention to detail are highly valued.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective management of technical documentation and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update document control systems to ensure accurate version control and traceability

Organise and archive documentation in line with company and project-specific procedures

Distribute documents internally and externally, ensuring timely access to up-to-date information

Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure documentation requirements are met

Support compliance and audit processes by ensuring document integrity and accessibility

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a document control or administrative support role, ideally within engineering, construction, or manufacturing

Strong organisational skills and a systematic approach to managing information

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document control systems or databases

Confident communicator with a proactive and dependable work ethic
