- The Showcase: Friday 24th & Saturday 25th October 2025
- The November Meeting: Friday 14th – Sunday 16th November 2025
- The International: Friday 12th & Saturday 13th December 2025
- New Year’s Day Racing: Thursday 1st January 2026
- Festival Trials Day: Saturday 24th January 2026
- The Cheltenham Festival: Tuesday 10th – Friday 13th March 2026 (Our flagship event)
- The April Meeting: Wednesday 15th & Thursday 16th April 2026
- Race Night featuring Hunter Chase: Friday 1st May 2026
đź’Ľ Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, you will take ownership of a designated hospitality area, whether that’s a fine dining restaurant, exclusive private box, or vibrant hospitality lounge. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the setup, delivery, and breakdown of your assigned area
- Leading, coaching, and motivating front-of-house staff
- Managing guest flow, table plans, service timing, and quality control
- Liaising closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth coordination
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
- Upholding brand standards and representing Constellation with pride
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within high-end hospitality or events
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confidence managing teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A professional, calm, and positive attitude
- Availability on key event dates throughout the season, including prep day prior the event days
- Personal license or food safety qualification (desirable but not essential)
