Job Title: Operations Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Warrington (Main Site) + Periodic Travel to Sites Across the UK
Salary: £40,000 + Travel Expenses

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading facilities management provider supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites across the UK. The role will be based primarily out of Warrington, with regular travel to other client locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Management professional looking to step into a dynamic role with variety, autonomy, and client-facing responsibilities—without the need for managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services across commercial office spaces, engineering warehouses, and general warehouse facilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction

* Manage supplier performance, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and SLAs are met

* Conduct periodic site visits across the UK to maintain service standards and ensure compliance

* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless operations across multiple sites

* Monitor and report on operational performance and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Proven experience in Facilities Management or FM Coordination

* Strong understanding of hard and soft services within a commercial or industrial setting

* Experience in client relationship management and contract delivery

* A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving and service delivery

* Willingness to travel periodically to sites across the UK (travel expenses covered)

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
