The Role

As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care services. You will oversee operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and statutory requirements
Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and safeguarding practices
Support the development, training, and performance of care staff
Manage relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders
Lead service improvement initiatives, audits, and inspection readiness
Act as a key point of contact for incidents, complaints, and quality feedbackAbout You

We are looking for candidates who:

Are (or have been) a CQC Registered Manager, or ready to step into registration
Have strong experience in domiciliary/home care or social care services
Understand regulatory frameworks, compliance, and quality standards
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making
Are confident working with multiple stakeholders and external bodiesWhat's on Offer
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
