• Salary up to £45,000 DOE
• 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 years and 30 after 5
• Support to progress professional qualifications such as Chartered
• Hybrid working: up to 2 days remote per week
• Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm with 1-hour lunch

What you bring:

• Around 3–4 years’ paraplanning experience under your belt
• Ideally a Level 4 Diploma already achieved and eager to move onto Chartered.
