Multi-Trade Operative

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working on social housing contracts. The successful Multi Trade Operative will hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in either joinery or plumbing and be a competent tiler. There will also be additional tasks such as basic roofing repairs, floor laying and brick work.

This Multi-Trade Operative role pays £19.77PH CIS and includes a company van and fuel card.

95% of your work will be based working on Salford social housing contracts and you will occasionally be expected to work in either Blackpool or Liverpool.

Requirements needed:

- NVQ L2 or above
- Skilled and in date CSCS card
- Basic DBS (We can process this for you)
- Experience working as a Multi on social housing contracts (Desirable)

Working hours - 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime available)
