• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative Maths lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
• Foster a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and suitable for the needs of all students.
• Assess, monitor, and record the progress of students and provide feedback to promote and acknowledge student achievements.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and maximize student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons and organize inter-departmental activities.
• Participate in school events, outings, and activities which may occasionally take place at weekends or in the evening.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school rules and disciplinary systems and apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of the mathematical concepts and a passion for the subject.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
