About the Role

As a Senior Social Worker in our Children in Care Team, you will:

  • Hold statutory responsibility for children and young people in care up to age 18

  • Collaborate with highly skilled Personal Advisors supporting care leavers up to age 25

  • Be a key advocate for children’s rights, supporting permanence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

  • Work in a trauma-informed and relationship-based service

  • Receive extensive training and development opportunities to grow in your career

About You

You are a qualified and SWE-registered Social Worker with:

  • Solid post-qualified experience in children’s social care (CiC experience preferred)

  • A passion for safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for children

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to deliver impactful social work

  • Enhanced DBS check

  • Right to work and qualification checks

  • Professional registration and reference verification (5 years)
