ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Lead Analyst will: * Lead recruitment-focused analytics including pipeline analysis, conversion reporting, and agent performance insight. * Own business-critical reporting and early forecasting across international recruitment. * Work closely with IT and data engineering to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. * Improve and modernising existing dashboards, reports, and data models. * Support a major transformation programme including migration to Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and Power BI. * Manage junior analysts and developing team capability. * Prioritise workloads, challenging stakeholders appropriately, and driving analytics excellence across the organisation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Strong commercial experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven environments. * Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders through collaboration. * Proven experience delivering analytics or reporting projects end-to-end. * Ability to coach, mentor, or guide junior team members. * Comfortable operating in a developing data maturity environment. * Skilled in SQL, BI tools, and analytics best practice; experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial. * Experience in data transformation, migration, or modernisation programmes is advantageous.
