A prestigious UK Law Firm is looking to hire a new Administrator to offer first class administrative support to Fee Earners and Legal Secretaries within their London office on a permanent basis to work in the Business Centre alongside Float Secretaries and Document Producers. Responsibilities will include binding and finishing of documents, assisting with the assembly or preparation of court bundles, assisting the Secretaries with maintaining the Wills Document Register, completing copying tasks on behalf of various practice areas, undertaking scanning tasks, saving documents to the document management system, liaising with the reprographics department when required, assisting with specific projects, offering general office administrative support and any other duties when required. The client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking candidates who work well within a busy team and have recent office administrative experience. Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a flexible attitude to their work.
