Hours of Work: Full Time

As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, blending hands-on production work with frontline leadership. You'll motivate and guide your team to smash KPIs related to safety, quality, output, and cost—all while actively participating in the production area. With your keen eye for detail, you'll conduct daily briefings, ensure team readiness, and resolve any staffing or equipment issues swiftly. You will also play a crucial role in planning labour resources, working cross-functionally to drive improvements, and upholding our health and safety standards.

Production Team Leader Requirements:

A proven track record in a similar supervisory or team leader role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to manage performance and development.
In-depth knowledge of health & safety and quality systems.
Results-driven mindset with strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and IT literacy (Microsoft Office and production systems).Production Team Leader Benefits:
