We’re hiring a Private Clients Account Executive to join a specialist, high-performing team of HNW and UHNW broking experts at a leading international brokerage. You’ll inherit a well-established book of prestigious clients, managing, retaining, and growing relationships at the top end of the private client market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, with a strong focus on Home, Buildings & Contents (high-value assets and luxury possessions)
• Leading the renewals and re-broking process, with Account Handler support
• Building trusted relationships through face-to-face and virtual meetings
• Spotting opportunities to broaden client cover with tailored insurance solutions
• Partnering with colleagues on complex, large-scale accounts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in private client insurance broking
• Strong relationship-builder: consultative, collaborative, and client-first
• Polished, articulate, and confident managing accounts end-to-end
• (Bonus) Knowledge of contract works insurance
