A Design and Build Fit Out contractor who work in the commercial sector are on the market seeking a Commercial Manager with experience working on D&B Commercial fit out projects to join their team.

They work on D&B Commercial Office Fit Out up to £10m and are looking for Commercial Manager to oversee 2-3 projects ranging from £1m- £5m in and around London.

They are actively on the market looking to add a Commercial Manager to manage the commercial aspects of multiple larger projects.

THE ROLE

They are looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee multiple projects, taking from precontracts manager to project completion. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager that will oversee multiple large projects.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

* Oversee Day to Day commercial management of multiple projects
* Managing projects from precontract to completion
* Managing and developing sub ordinates
* Working closely with client
* Issuing Variation, valuations, extensions of time and other day to day commercial management of multiple projects
