Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated TAs to support pupils with a wide range of additional needs across special schools in the Sutton Coldfield area.

We are seeking those who have experience supporting children and young people with:

Autism (ASD)

Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)

Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)

Non-verbal communication needs

Challenging behaviours

What we're looking for:

?? Essential: Prior experience working in a special school setting

?? Flexibility to work across daily supply assignments and long-term/full-time placements

?? Strong commitment to supporting inclusion and pupil wellbeing

?? Patience, adaptability, and resilience when supporting diverse and complex needs

?? Ability to use creative approaches to engage and inspire pupils
