NonStop Care are working with a Good CQC Domiciliary Service in the Northwest, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered manager and have significant leadership experience.
About the Role
- Lead and manage daily operations of the care service, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and support a team of care staff, including lead care coordinators, coordinators senior carers, and healthcare assistants.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act, Safeguarding, CQC regulations, and local authority standards.

Requirements
- Registered Manager Status with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or willingness to obtain it.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, ideally in a similar care environment.
