Your Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting pupils with additional learning needs - helping them grow in confidence, develop key skills, and engage fully in school life.

Providing focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

Creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment where learning can flourish

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent progress
What We're Looking For: -
Experience supporting children with special educational needs (school-based experience preferred)

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

The ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative when needed
