Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons across relevant year groups

Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher

Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and pupil engagement

Adapt quickly to different school settings, policies, and expectations

Accurately follow lesson plans and provide feedback where required

Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven classroom teaching experience within UK schools

Confident and effective classroom management skills

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach to teaching

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
