Salary: £23000 - £24000/annum

IMH Recruitment have an exciting permanent opportunity with our growing client based in Wath Upon Dearne.

Account Management experience is not essential as there will be a full and comprehensive training program for the right candidate.

What is essential is an enthusiastic "go-getter" attitude, with an appetite to learn quickly and expand your skills in this busy and very key role within our business, servicing our valued customers.

As Junior Account Manager you will work alongside our Senior Account Manager learning the skill of handling customers' accounts, helping to improve processes and identify opportunities within the account to develop our services within the business as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly motivated and have good communication and relationship-building skills. We're searching for someone reliable, driven with high attention to detail with a genuine desire to do the best you can for you, your customer and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries.

* Provide a high-quality customer experience.

* Maintain customer accounts

* Contact existing customers to highlight additional services that are available

* Provide quotations and sending to the customer via email

* Liaise with customers, managers and other departments as required

* Engaging with a wide-range of customers to sell the company's services

* Follow up with clients who had previously expressed interest but did not purchase

* Encourage existing clients to consider additional services

* Build strong business relationships with key decision makers

About You:

* Excellent customer service skills

* Experience within the IT industry or relevant sector (desirable)

* Previous experience in sales / business (desirable)

* Excellent written and verbal communication Skills

* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills

* Experience of working in a fast paced, pressurised environment

* Positive, enthusiastic approach

* Confident telephone manner

* Ability to use all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word

* Full and clean driving licence

Hours and Pay:

£23,000-£24,000 annually

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
