The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk and is the first point of contact for any caller or visitor to Caribbean Caterers. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist also provides administrative supports to all departments. This position plays a crucial role in all aspects of the business.
Strong oral and written communication skills is an absolute must have. Also, since we are a (mostly) paperless office, the ideal candidate will have very strong computer skills and be familiar with the entire MS Suite of products and have experience working with a contact management system.
At least 3 years of administrative experience is required.

Have excellent computer skills (MS Office and we will train you on our software)
