our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to be based in Manchester.

Applicants must have experience of evaluating tender documents and the procurement of consultant frameworks for construction and engineering projects.

This is a short term role inside of IR35

Pay is £350 to £400 per day
