Account Manager – M&E Facilities Management

East UK (North East to East Anglia) | Up to £65,000 Car Allowance Benefits

We’ve secured one of our most important M&E Facilities Management contracts for at least the next three years – now we need a strong Account Manager to help us deliver it.

Covering 400+ sites across the East of the UK, you’ll be the face of our business for the client, their teams, and the engineers delivering the work. You’ll spend:

• 1 day per week at our Liverpool Head Office
• 2–3 days per week visiting sites across your patch
• 1–2 days working from home

You’ll lead a team of 15+ engineers with full admin and operational support from head office, making sure we deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance – including electrical, gas, HVAC, plumbing, and fabric services.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with our client and their staff
• Manage day-to-day contract delivery across a large geographic area
• Oversee M&E services, KPIs, compliance, and performance reports
• Drive service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What you’ll bring:

• Account/Contract Management experience in FM (M&E preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building services (electrical, gas, HVAC, plumbing)
• Confidence in managing people, priorities, and client expectations
• Willingness to travel regularly with occasional overnight stays
