The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Overhead Crane Operator to support a local business and their rapid expansion plans. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a temporary basis initially, but there is the potential that the role may become permanent after a qualifying period.
The role includes:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Pre-picking steel plate ready for production
- Move produced parts to dispatch and prepare for dispatch using remote controlled overhead cranes
- Working to tight deadlines
The candidate:
- Overhead Crane experience
- FLT experience required - can be in-house trained
- The right candidate will have the opportunity to skill up and move into profile operating roles
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday 07:00am to 16:30pm
- Friday 06:00am to 13:30pm
