Customer Service Representative

Job Description

 Position Duties:

  • Multi-tasking with consumers (warehouse background) 
  • Creating shipping bills of lading, labels, etc.
  • Inventory posting (inbound receipts/shipments and repack projects etc.)
  • Send all documentation as needed back to the customers within our enrollment system 
  • Collecting government paperwork and information necessary for account billing
  • General customer service- Answering phones, account management, responding to customer inquiries
  • Quality checks on orders picked for item #s, and label placement
  • Assist with making sure correct product is shipped out on correct truck
  • Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
  • Identify safety hazards in the workplace
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements: 

  • Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, management, etc. 
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
  • Detail oriented, well-organized, and flexible
  • Excels in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate positive attitude when arranging on-time deliveries and tracking loads
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS office suite- Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
  • Understanding and application of general inventory practices
  • High school graduate or equivalent, AA preferred
